TEAM TENNESSEE GLORY - Showtime Time Shoot-Out, March 27-29, 2009
The 15U team took on all comers and came out victorious Champions in their first tournament of the spring/summer season. The Nike teams were in full force, but the GLORY prevailed with a last second shot by standout freshman point-guard Jerontay Clemons to seal the Championship. TEAM TENNESSEE GLORY - Peach State Hoops Tip-Off Classic, April 17-19, 2009
Congratulations to the 15U/10th grade team for the runner-up finish at the Peach State college exposure event held in Atlanta, GA. The 15U team showed their dominance by going undefeated in exhibition and bracket/pool play, but fell to the Georgia 76er's in the Championship game. The SEC, ACC, Sun Belt, A-Sun, Atlantic-10, Conference USA, Sunbelt, Big Ten, PAC-10, Big East, and MAC, SWAC college conferences were in full attendance to view the Memphis talent. 2009 AAU 15U State Tournament
Congratulations to TEAM TENNESSEE GLORY 15U team for their 3rd place finish at the 2009 AAU Tennessee State Championships in Cheatham Co, TN. May 15 – 17, 2009. The team finished 2-1 in pool play with 25+ point wins over TN Elite and TN Attack and a 5 point loss to Memphis Elite. The team fell to TN Team Pride in the semi-finals, which placed them in the consolation game for a rematch against the Memphis Elite. With outstanding performances the 15U GLORY captured the consolation title to finish 3rd place overall.
GREAT JOB GLORY… You are a special group of young, very talented ladies that are well coached by Howard Richardson and Quinn Farmer...
