2009 AAU 14U DII State Runner-up!
The Team Tennessee Glory 14U girls team finshed second place at the AAU DII State Tournament held in Shelbyville, TN., May 1 - 3, 2009. With seven players (four 8th graders and three 9th graders) the team went undefeated in pool play beating both #1 seeds, TN Tornados and TN Extreme. After a dominating performance in pool play the team defeated the Memphis Elite in the semi-final game to advance to the championship game against the Crossville Thunder. With weary legs, but strong hearts the team feel behind in the Championship game and was unable to close the gap. Congratulations coaches, players and parents for your time dedication and hard work.
